Phuket International Airport is around 15–20 minutes away by car. Bang Tao, Layan and Nai Thon beaches, Porto de Phuket and Blue Tree are also approximately 15–20 minutes away depending on traffic.

A car or taxi is recommended for getting around. Private parking is available directly at the villa.

Botanica Phru Jampa is located in a quiet and green residential area of northern Phuket. Layan, Nai Thon and Bang Tao beaches are around 15–20 minutes away, while Porto de Phuket, Laguna, Blue Tree, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are also within easy driving distance.

Notes

Security Deposit

Please note that a refundable security deposit must be paid in cash upon check-in. Our manager will meet you upon arrival, issue a receipt confirming the deposit payment, and provide you with a copy. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property, no missing items, and no violations of the house rules.

House Rules

No parties, events, or illegal activities are allowed on the property. Using any illegal substances inside the villa is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the reservation may be terminated immediately without refund.

Weekly cleaning service is included in the stay. Electricity is also included for standard bookings. For stays longer than 28 days, electricity usage will be charged separately according to the meter reading.

Please respect the property, neighbors, and the peaceful atmosphere of the residential area.
