The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, a large dining table for six guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, and dining essentials.
One of the villa's three air-conditioned bedrooms is located on the ground floor and features a king-size bed, wardrobe space, and a private bathroom.
Upstairs, you'll find two additional air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, generous storage space, and its own private bathroom.
The villa offers four bathrooms in total, providing comfort and privacy for families and groups.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private 9 × 5 meter swimming pool, sun loungers, a landscaped garden, a covered outdoor dining area, a BBQ zone, and multiple terraces designed for relaxing in the tropical air. Additional outdoor seating areas on the upper floor provide even more space to unwind.

Electricity, water, and weekly cleaning with changing bed linen and towels are included. For stays of 28 nights or more, utility charges may apply based on meter readings; additional cleaning is available upon request—please check details at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
Please note that a refundable security deposit must be paid in cash upon check-in. Our manager will meet you upon arrival, issue a receipt confirming the deposit payment, and provide you with a copy. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property, no missing items, and no violations of the house rules.
