All the bathrooms are fully private, while the shower areas feature a tropical open-air design with plants and views of the sky.
The villa also includes a spacious living room, four televisions and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, large refrigerator, blender, Turkish coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dining table for six.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a covered pavilion with a BBQ area and outdoor dining table.
The villa also offers central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a washing machine, clothes-drying rack, safe, iron, ironing board and private parking for one car.

Neighborhood
The villa is located in a peaceful residential area of Rawai, in southern Phuket, close to Chalong Bay and within easy reach of the Nai Harn area.
Rawai is known for its relaxed atmosphere, seafood restaurants, cafés, wellness centres, local markets and convenient access to southern Phuket’s beaches and viewpoints.
Rawai Beach, restaurants, shops and the Rawai Seafood Market are a short drive away. Rawai Beach is also a popular departure point for long-tail boat trips to nearby islands.
Nai Harn Beach, one of the area’s main swimming beaches, can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes by car. Ya Nui Beach, Promthep Cape, Chalong Pier, local supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants are also easily accessible.
The neighbourhood is quieter than Phuket’s major tourist centres, making it especially suitable for families, couples and guests who prefer privacy while still being close to everyday amenities.
Notes
Security Deposit
Please note that a refundable security deposit must be paid in cash upon check-in. Our manager will meet you upon arrival, issue a receipt confirming the deposit payment, and provide you with a copy. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property, no missing items, and no violations of the house rules.
House Rules
No parties, events, or illegal activities are allowed on the property. Using any illegal substances inside the villa is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, the reservation may be terminated immediately without refund.
Weekly cleaning service is included in the stay. Electricity is also included for standard bookings. For stays longer than 28 days, electricity usage will be charged separately according to the meter reading.
Please respect the property, neighbors, and the peaceful atmosphere of the residential area.
