I'm so glad I met agent Alexander Kurov. If it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't have bought an apartment in Phuket. I had doubts and fears that I'd be scammed. Alexander explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, took me to the developer, and dispelled all my doubts and fears! 🔥He spent a ton of time on me without putting any pressure on me. He was always actively involved at every stage of the transaction, checking every payment, communicating with the developer, and arranging a small down payment for me (for which I'm especially grateful to him❤️). He was more worried about these steps than I was! He's a true professional. If I'm going to buy an apartment, I'll only do so through Alexander! 💪🏻🤗

We spent 11 wonderful days at NBC. The apartment matches the description and photos on the website. It's great that the bedroom and bathroom are separated from the living room by a door. Our child slept on the fold-out sofa, and he was comfortable. There are plenty of towels, and the bed linen is good. We used the washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The residents are mainly Russian. The large balcony with a table and chairs is pleasant to sit in the evenings. We didn't use the pool, but we saw that it was clean and the neighbors were happily splashing around in it, and there's a paddling pool for the little ones. It's a quiet and peaceful place. Check-in was contactless, and all information was sent in advance. For an additional fee, we arranged for early check-in and transfer. On the first day, we rented a motorbike to quickly get to the nearby beaches and Rawai Market. There are shops, cafes, and massage services nearby. We were very pleased with our stay; nothing marred our stay. We would be happy to return!

The experience with IBG was amazing. They took care of everything for me to make the process as smooth as possible.

We stayed for 11 days in the two-bedroom NBC apartment from IBG Property. Check-in was contactless. We were sent check-in instructions in advance. We checked in at night without any problems. There were three of us: two adults and a 10-year-old child. We specifically wanted a room with a separate bed, or better yet, a room. For such a group, these apartments are ideal. Space is limited, but everything is perfect: there is everything for a comfortable stay: dishes (various plates, pans, pots, etc.), a stove, a kettle, cutlery, a spacious refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker (we didn't use it). A special thank you to the washing machine with a rinse cycle and a 30-minute cycle – believe me, refreshing clothes in this climate is a very nice bonus! It works quietly. The balcony is large, with a table and chairs – a delightful way to relax in the evenings! We didn't use the pool; we don't like it. It's well-kept; we even saw it being cleaned. Yes, I know many hotels have lighting issues; some find it dark. This one has plenty of lighting and different modes. If you like to sleep in pitch darkness, this is the place for you. Blackout curtains are included. The bed linen and towels are excellent. Our child slept on the sofa, and it was fine for him, but we found it uncomfortable—the "ribs" were digging into our backs. The Wi-Fi worked great. One downside: the bathroom sink drains poorly. If you want to feel like you're at home, this is a great option! The location is definitely a plus! It's quiet, and there are shops, drinking water, and food options within walking distance. We got around by bike, so we can't say how convenient it is to walk to the beach on your own.

Service: apartment selection and accommodation in Bang Tao. The selection process was quick and several options were offered. The Cassia complex is excellent, practically on the beach (7-minute walk with a stroller) or by water bus. Upon request, they provided a topper, new kitchenware, a playpen, and a high chair. The manager is ALWAYS in touch—special thanks. Everything is done quickly, if needed. Overall, we are happy with EVERYTHING, as always! We don't want to leave…
