We liked that he actually offered options tailored to our needs, rather than just throwing out random options. In other words, he protected us from unnecessary information. In the end, we were able to buy a waterfront apartment! Nikita also helped us negotiate the price down to 160,000 baht. Now, he keeps us informed about the construction stages, and it's really nice to know that you're being kept in mind even after the purchase.
