If the villa registered properly (land is leasehold/company name and house is Freehold) – it will probably take 1,5-2 months. Because for house sale we need to give 30 days notification to the land department.

It’s very flexible and depends on the price of your property. We can give you an approximate rate once we receive information about the property you want to sell. Usually, the commission rate is 3 – 7% of the total cost.
